Apr.9.2007 – Champion your creativity

There is a vitality, a life-force, an energy, a quickening
that is translated through you into action
and because there is only one of you in all of time,
this expression is unique.
And if you block it, it will never exist
through any other medium and be lost.

  1. I have been working non-stop on a paper and some research for grad school. I am exhausted and feeling quite insane, BUT this quote was wonderful and I read it at the right moment. I am working on this research in order to make my little mark while I am here. Thanks for making me feel better.

  2. Hi there! I’ve been poking around your blog and I couldn’t find where to email you, so I’m commenting here. I got your name in the Create A Connection journal swap! Please email me with your information so that I can send you a journal!

I love your blog, and I’m going to spend some more time reading so I can get to know you better. That’s what it’s all about… making a connection!

  3. Hi…found your blog awhile ago from melba’s

    love this quote…

I especially love the Anais Nin quote at top (blog header)
which I noted awhile ago and which has been one that I have found it easy to remember(I am not usually good at that)

The quote has been a nod to myself….
that the day has come for me

    thanks for sharing
    Jen

I have this very image saved on my computer! I did my senior English research paper on Martha Graham and she was an outstanding and talented individual.

    Very beautiful quote.

    Much Love
